Director, Staff & Provider Talent Acquisition, 33 Lewis Rd United Health Services is seeking a Director, Staff & Provider Talent Acquisition to join our Talent Acquisition 02 department at 33 Lewis Rd in Binghamton, NY. This position is benefits eligible. Shift Day Hours per week: 40 Salary range: $70.14 - $105.24 per hour, depending on experience. Overview Assist with the development and execution of talent acquisition needs across the United Health Systems system by executing recruitment strategies and programs to attract best in class talent. This includes creating and managing senior level talent pipelines, managing executive level relationships, coordinating recruiting initiatives, fostering & building relationships with third party firms. In addition, the Director will lead the strategies, processes, and roadmaps that drive the acquisition and onboarding of top talent. With a focus on creating an incredible candidate experience, you will cultivate a partnership with Senior Leaders, Hiring Managers, and Operations to lead the organization in achieving quality hires, playing a significant role in the success of this organization. Qualifications Education/Experience Minimum Required: + Bachelor’s Degree with five (5) years of management experience and (four) 4 years of experience with HRIS systems License/Certification Preferred: + Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Certification, or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification, and/or SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP, and/or equivalent About United Health Services United Health Services is a not-for-profit healthcare system serving more than 500,000 people in Upstate New York’s Southern Tier region.
