BE PART OF THE CONNECTION

As a Store Director you’ll be overseeing the efficiency of our retail store. You will serve as an influential leader who develops and manages teams and initiatives in support of Spectrum store for an assigned region, helping to meet and exceed budgeted sales and revenue goals in line with the company’s long-range vision. The Store Director influences customer service, customer retention, and revenue growth.

Required Qualifications

Experience: Sales leadership experience (8+ years), wireless or telecoms leadership experience (5+ years), sales/customer service (8+ years)Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing or equivalent combination of education and experience Technical Skills: Knowledge of computer use and software applicationsSkills: Communication, strategic, professionalism, detail-oriented, analytical, project management
