Job Description

The Director of Strategic Growth Programs, will be responsible for overseeing and driving efforts to cultivate and manage long-term, high-value commercial programs and initiatives across all Contrast Media modalities within the US Region. The Director will be accountable for identifying and maximizing business opportunities, curating strategic sales campaigns, positive customer interaction and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction, while aligning with the company’s growth objectives and strategic priorities. In addition, the individual will work closely with the Sales Region Leaders, Key Account Managers and marketing team to define and execute future growth strategies, optimize product portfolios, and identify new business opportunities within the highly competitive U.S. market.

Work with PDx functions such as marketing, medical affairs, and analytics to assess commercial activities to drive organic and in-organic revenue growth within modalities and across the portfolio of products within midsize to strategic accounts and GPOs.Collaborate with PDx region and senior leadership to define US strategic priorities that maximize future growth and positions PDx as leader in the contrast media diagnostic space.Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within strategic accounts, including C-suite executives, formulary committees, and senior leaders in healthcare organizations to drive incremental growth across the portfolio products with strategic customer groups.Provide cross functional leadership & integration of internal stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Operations, to ensure alignment on strategic priorities and successful execution of key business initiatives.Support and implement commercial activation initiatives to enhance market opportunities and drive revenue growth across targeted regions and accounts.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degreeMinimum of 5 years of experience in the med tech, business development, or related roles, with a proven track record of working with U.S. market strategies & companies.Extensive experience in developing and executing strategic plans, managing large-scale business development initiatives, and driving growth in a highly competitive market.Deep understanding of the U.S. healthcare/imaging environment, including regulatory frameworks, commercial dynamics, and challenges:Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with an ability to develop and implement high-impact account strategies…attention to detail and the ability to project management a plus.Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to influence and build relationships with C-suite executives and senior leaders.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $125,600.00-$188,400.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
