The Role:
As the Director, Strategic Loyalty Insights & Growth, you will play a key role in showcasing our business capabilities to the global market through strategic thought leadership and comprehensive research. This position requires a visionary leader with exceptional presentation skills, dedicated to enhancing customer experiences worldwide.
A Day in the Life:
Thought Leadership: Lead the launch and distribution of our top-tier global study on customer engagement and brand loyalty. Client Engagement: Deliver compelling presentations of The Loyalty Report to clients and prospects, both in-person and virtually, fostering strong client relationships. Business Development: Leverage networking opportunities to generate and nurture leads, expanding our client base and deepening existing relationships. Strategic Partnership Development: Cultivate strategic contacts at various levels within client organizations, collaborating to align Bond's resources with client needs. Sales Strategy: Achieve sales objectives through strategic planning, client visits, and coordination of marketing activities to drive growth. Solution Development: Collaborate with sales and practice teams to develop innovative solutions, pricing strategies, and proposals tailored to client needs. Expertise Application: Utilize your marketing and customer engagement expertise, alongside Bond resources, to provide impactful Marketing Research and Loyalty Consulting services. Client Consultation: Develop a thorough understanding of client businesses to create economic justifications for engagements and guide clients in leveraging The Loyalty Report insights effectively. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Contribute to Loyalty Consulting and Global Insights projects as needed, ensuring alignment and execution of strategic initiatives.Are You the One?
Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 7-10+ years of experience in relevant marketing roles, with a focus on customer engagement and loyalty strategies. Expertise in marketing research insights and digital marketing strategies, including social media engagement. Passionate about marketing and customer engagement, with a proficiency in customer journey mapping and design thinking methodologies. Skilled communicator, able to adapt style to suit diverse audiences and deliver engaging, concise presentations to influence diverse audiences. Experienced in business development and consultative selling, particularly at the executive level. Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and to identify and develop new business opportunities. Proficient in translating client needs to internal teams, ensuring effective communication and high-quality service delivery.Why Bond?
