Director, Strategic Sourcing - Print Production and Logistics (Hybrid - Flexible Options)

We’re hiring a Director, Strategic Sourcing - Print Production and Logistics who will lead key strategic sourcing projects and oversee category management activities for Print Production and Logistics spend categories. In this high-impact role, you will partner with business units across Broadridge, leveraging strategic sourcing expertise to optimize operations, build value, and deliver exceptional results. 

This role offers a hybrid work structure, combining flexibility with in-office collaboration to foster strong connections. 

 

What You’ll Do 

Build and sustain partnerships with key business units to embed formal, fact-based Strategic Sourcing and Category Management processes. 

Lead sourcing initiatives across all phases (pre-sourcing, sourcing, post-sourcing) using established project management tools. 

Negotiate and manage contracts, rate cards, and relationships with third-party service providers to ensure high-quality services at competitive market rates. 

Develop and align Strategic Sourcing strategies with company-wide objectives, fostering collaboration across business lines. 

Provide strong leadership and insights, drawing on subject matter expertise and industry best practices to support internal customers and stakeholders. 

Drive high-impact projects by employing facilitation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills to build consensus and resolve complex issues. 

Create and maintain high-quality deliverables such as RFx documents, cost analyses, vendor evaluation tools, negotiation guides, and contractual documents. 

Assist in establishing Category Management and Strategic Sourcing best practices while enhancing procurement processes and policy compliance. 

 

Qualifications 

7-10+ years of leadership experience in Sourcing, Category Management, or Procurement, building world-class strategies and teams. 

Expertise in Print Production, Logistics, and Supply Chain Sourcing. 

Strong background in procurement process re-engineering; merger integration experience preferred. 

Proven ability to lead negotiations and oversee Procurement programs across diverse product and service categories. 

Exceptional communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills with a track record of building true partnerships and influencing process improvements. 

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CPSM, CSCP) are a plus. 

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary range $165,000.000- $170.000. Bonus Eligible.
