Job Description Summary:

As the Director, Supplier Ingredients and Authorization, your role involves overseeing the planning, execution, qualifying and evaluation of supplier technical projects aimed at enhancing operations, processes, product offerings and managing supplier quality relationship. This could include, implementing new technologies, optimizing supply chains, to streamlining production processes and connecting with manufacturing facilities to resolve material trends.

What You’ll Do for Us:

Develop and implement deep dive ingredient technical strategies to meet manufacturing needs.Qualify new and existing ingredient and packaging suppliers and manage supplier relationships through deep knowledge on PICCASO and Defective Material Report systemsProvide technical guidance to manage storage and handling practices to maintain ingredient and Package Quality risk assessment using The Coca-Cola Company requirements, Industry and local regulation expectations.Address any bottler ingredient and packaging quality issues with suppliers and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.Optimize supply chain processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.Monitor and manage supplier performance against key metrics.Work closely with the R&D, manufacturing and procurement teams to understand bottler ingredient and packaging requirements for new and existing products.Lead annual Supplier assessment audits and identify gaps, corrective actions and improvements opportunities to prevent.Driving material governance within franchise network with close connection with QSE Franchise governance, Sustainability and Food Safety teams within NAOU, Global QSE and other OU’sAct like subject matter expert on primary, secondary, tertiary packaging and Ingredient commodities.

Qualifications / Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in the areas of Chemistry, Engineering, Biology, Food Safety, or Microbiology, Master’s Degree a plus10+ years of related experience (operations and supply chain experience a plus)Understanding of Quality and Food Safety GovernanceStrategy and project management experience

$149,000 - $173,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
