We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Master Data Transformation to lead our efforts in transforming and managing master data across the Supply Chain Planning organization. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of our master data, which is critical for our supply chain planning and overall business operations.What You Can Expect
Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive supply chain master data management strategy.Oversee the extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency.Collaborate with various cross-fucntional departments, including IT, sales operations, finance, and business units, to align master data initiatives with organizational goals.Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality and compliance.Work closely with stakeholders to identify data requirements and ensure the availability of accurate and timely data for decision-making.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data management processes and systems.Ensure the successful integration of master data across different systems and platforms.What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.5+ years of experience in the Semiconductor industryProven experience in master data management, data governance, and data transformation.Strong understanding of ETL processes and data integration techniques.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Experience with data management tools and technologies such as Oracle EBS, Snowflake, and Agile.Knowledge of data governance frameworks and best practices.Certification in data management or related fields (e.g., PMP, LEAN, Six Sigma) is preferredExpected Base Pay Range (USD)
139,370 - 208,800, $ per annumThe successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
