About the role:
As Vistar Media further expands in the Latin America market, we are looking for a Director, Supply Partnerships for Brazil. This person will leverage their knowledge of the programmatic landscape and Brazilian market to develop and lead partnerships with out of home media owners and third party programmatic partners. This person will work hand in hand with regional leadership to grow the market.What you'll do:Build strong relationships with media owners in market by leveraging expert knowledge of Vistar's technology offerings and software suiteEducate media owners on the value of programmatic DOOH and help media owners develop and execute on their programmatic sales strategyProvide consultation for how Vistar's technology can enhance a media owner's business operationsIdentify and qualify media owners for Vistar’s SSP through a combination of networking, cold outreach and inbound leadsCollaborate with Vistar Media and DSP sales partners on helping to meet each media owner’s goalsIdentify opportunities to upsell SSP clients into Vistar’s SaaS products, and work with the Enterprise Sales team to complete the upsellProactively share market and client feedback with Vistar’s product team so that we continue building the best SSP in marketBuild the best in-market support for Vistar’s SSP, while proactively identifying coverage gaps and adjusting resourcing plans as neededWhat experience we’re looking for:At least eight years of experience in either the programmatic, OOH or digital advertising industry working with supply partners.Career experience in building and nurturing relationships with partners, such as out of home media owners and third party programmatic partnersData-driven and strategic; able to analyze data and generate actionable insights based on that dataOrganized and detail oriented, with strong project management skillsStrong public speaking, presentation, and communication skillsProven ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners, and influence their decision-making processesExperienced in contract negotiationWho you are:Highly skilled in problem solving with a “can-do” attitudeCustomer-first mindset, with willingness to go above and beyond to service end clientsComposed in high-stress situations and adept at communicating with individuals from diverse backgroundsA team player who’s positive and passionate about your workSelf starter and ability to thrive in fast-paced environmentsExcellent written & verbal communicationEnglish, Portuguese, and SpanishIf you’re ambitious, highly driven, and interested in making an impact, Vistar is the place for you.
