Visionary Leadership: Typically requires a minimum of 15 years of related experience in Human Resources with a Bachelor’s degree; or 12 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 10 years’ experience; or equivalent combination of related education and work experience.You have at least 10 years of experience leading successful Talent Acquisition teams.
