JOB SUMMARY
Develops and implements a Recruitment strategy that allows the enterprise to recruit top talent as well as create a positive candidate and hiring manager experience. Responsible for evaluating the assigned recruiting function of the organization and finding opportunities for improvements. Partners with other HR leaders and key business leaders to ensure timely understanding of the Company’s current and future talent needs and related recruiting demands. Works in partnership with Legal and ensures compliance with EEO, FCC and AAP requirements.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Works with VP, Talent Acquisition to develop a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy for the functional operating groupEvaluates recruiting efforts to continually improve the process and quality of talent brought into the organizationPartners with HR leaders and key business leaders in developing sourcing plans and determining hiring requirementsIdentifies and selects media, technological and social solutions that support Charter’s talent acquisition strategy in partnership with Recruiting ServicesDevelops and evaluates recruiting tactics and collaterals that support our employment brand and sub brandProvides leadership guidance and oversight to our screening and selection processes in evaluating potential candidates (including both experienced and campus hires)Evaluates recruiting resources and recommends a solution that would better utilize the recruiting demands of the organizationDesigns and implements metrics that evaluate all talent acquisition programs and initiatives across the assigned recruiting functionDevelops and implements diversity recruitment strategies and participate in applicable national and industry recruiting conferencesBuilds and provides oversight to an employee referral program. Develops ways to engage employees to be our employment brand ambassadorsUnderstands the affirmative action goals for the organization and initiates programs that attract candidates that will meet those objectivesOversees compliance to all regulations that impact the hiring and selection processPerforms other duties as requiredREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
