At Aon, this role will build the Data and AI practice for a team. The person in this position will also lead the business outcome to technical milestones. This is a strategic oversight opportunity versus hands-on. The position entails the following responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and hire an extraordinary software development team. Design, implement, and deploy highly distributed, large-scale services. Lead complex, multi-team, multi-functional projects. Participate actively in hiring and career development within and outside the team. Play a critical role in business planning, collaborating with senior leaders to develop business targets and resource needs. Define long-term technical and business strategies and goals. We do not offer visa sponsorship for this role. Skills and experience that will lead to success. Exceptional proven experience establishing relationships while working with senior business leadership and stakeholders. 7 or more years of demonstrable experience in running multi track large scale deployment or implementation program. 10 or more years of experience in leading Cloud based integrations, data and analytics or ERP implementation teams. Experience integrating or building solutions or products on any Cloud service provider for 7+ years. Solid understanding of financial metrics, project metrics and business planning process. Strong knowledge and comprehensive understanding of Gen Al and Knowledge of Al/ML Architecture Expectations. Demonstrate creativity and sound judgment consistently. Pay Transparency Laws: The target salary range for this position is $190,000- $215,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location. This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans. The amount of the incentive varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
