This role is critical to supporting our Treasury Management Consultants (TMC’s) in delivering tailored solutions for complex treasury product deals. As a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing client relationships and ensuring successful product implementation. This role will also

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Treasury Management Consultants to consult on and design complex treasury management solutions that align with client needsServe as the subject matter expert on treasury management products such as ERP Integration, API connectivity, Direct Transmissions, SWIFT ISO2022, Lockbox, Integrated Payables including Check Print and Image Cash Letter solutionsProvide technical expertise during sales presentations and client engagementsConduct in-depth analyses of client cash flow, operational workflows, and financial systems to identify and recommend optimal treasury solutions.Partner with internal teams, including product management, implementation, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery and execution of treasury productsWork closely with Product Management to evaluate vendors and be an integral part of their strategic roadmapBring the voice of the client back to product managementDevelop and deliver customized product demonstrations and training sessions for clients and internal stakeholdersAssist in creating and reviewing proposals, pricing models, and other sales documentation to support Treasury Management ConsultantsAct as a liaison between clients and internal technical teams to resolve product-related issues or concernsStay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to provide insights and maintain a competitive edgeContribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth in treasury management servicesSupport the onboarding and training of new Treasury Management Consultants to enhance their technical knowledge of products and solutions

Education, Skills & Experience:

High school diploma or GED required.Advanced degree - Associates, Bachelors, Masters, etc. - preferred.Experience: 7-10 years of experience in commercial banking, treasury management, or fintech, with a strong understanding of treasury products and servicesSkills: Proven ability to consult on and implement complex financial solutions, strong technical and analytical skills, and exceptional communication and presentation abilitiesKnowledge: Deep understanding of treasury management systems, payment technologies, and cash management practicesEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; professional certifications in treasury or cash management are a plusCertified Treasury Professional (CTP) or equivalent desired

The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 USD to $150,000 USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
