Job DescriptionThe Director of Training and Qualification is a highly visible and impactful role responsible for developing the vision, strategy, and plans to address current training needs while preparing the training function for future business demands. In this dynamic position, the individual will oversee and enhance existing training initiatives and learning management systems.
Furthermore, the Director will establish an internal corporate training university to standardize and elevate training efforts throughout the organization. This initiative will ensure that all employees receive consistent, high-quality instruction that aligns with the company's goals.
This role involves assessing training needs, identifying gaps, developing training content, and delivering effective training sessions and programs. The aim is to improve the skills, productivity, engagement, and quality of work of both managers and team members. Additionally, the Director will proactively ensure that the organization’s training initiatives align with business goals, compliance requirements, and employee development needs.
This role will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our projects and initiatives through effective leadership, strategic planning, and innovative approaches to training and onboarding. Your responsibilities will encompass leading and managing project managers and instructional designers, as well as sourcing and implementing new technologies to enhance our training and onboarding methodologies.

The base pay offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
