JOB SUMMARY
We are currently seeking a Treasury Director to oversee and manage all Treasury related activities within the EMEA Region (Europe, the Middle East, and Africa). This key financial leadership role involves optimizing the region’s cash flow, managing financial risks, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and supporting the organization’s strategic objectives.
YOU ARE
A Visionary Leader. You will develop and implement a comprehensive treasury strategy aligned with global and regional business objectives. You will serve as a key advisor to senior management on treasury matters, including market trends, liquidity, and risk management. You will also drive strategic decision-making to optimize financial performance and regional growth.
Experienced in Cash and Liquidity Management. You will monitor and optimize cash flow across the EMEA region to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational and strategic initiatives. You will manage cash pooling structures, intercompany funding, and oversees daily and weekly EMEA cash reporting to Corporate Treasury.
Data Driven. You will prepare and present regular reports on the financial position, cash flow, and risk exposure to senior leadership. You will conduct detailed financial analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making. You will also manage special projects and ad-hoc reporting to address business needs.
Focused on Risk Mitigation. You will Identify and mitigate financial risks, including currency exposure and credit risks, in line with Corporate Treasury policies. You will implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard financial assets.
A Collaborative Business Partner. You will establish and maintain strong relationships with regional and international banking partners. You will also assist in negotiating banking terms and managing bank account structures to support operational needs and cost-effective solutions.
Committed to Compliance. You will ensure compliance with local and international regulations governing treasury activities and monitor adherence to global finance and treasury policies. You will stay informed of regulatory changes within the EMEA region and ensure compliance with Transfer Pricing and Intercompany Funding policies.

You will provide guidance and mentorship to team members, supporting their professional growth and enhancing overall team performance.
REQUIRED SKILLS FOR SUCCESS
Education and Experience:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or CFA/CTP designation preferred).
+ Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in treasury or corporate finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
+ Extensive experience working within the EMEA region and knowledge of its financial markets and regulations.

+ Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
+ Proficiency in treasury management systems and financial software.
+ Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
+ Fluency in English; proficiency in additional regional languages is an asset.
