Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to implement the service strategy and drive service growth at the respective unit level. Each day, you will lead the Service organization and be responsible for the P&L to achieve performance targets and to optimize the utilization of Service resources. You will also showcase your expertise by running the day-to-day service business to ensure profitable growth and improvement of service productivity. This opportunity will be onsite at our US main facility in Bartlesville, OK.You will be mainly accountable for:• Creating and driving implementation of service strategy as a member of the management team.• Ensuring that strategic plans are implemented consistently in the service organization through collaboration with other businesses.• Driving, implementing, reporting, and monitoring of performance targets as part of the respective unit P&L (financial, productivity, investments, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, etc.).• Investing in improving the quality of existing service products and in developing new service products to expand the portfolio in line with global direction.

Qualifications for the role

Bachelor’s of Science or Bachelor’s of Arts requiredMinimum of 8 years’ experience of a cross functional nature in the following disciplines:General Management, Service Management, Logistics.MBA preferred.Experience in process improvement and/or project management as it relates to high transaction processes.Knowledge of ERP systems, contact center tools, and standard PC office tools Technical knowledge of software, electronics and mechanical engineering as related to Measurement & Analytics products and servicesExperience in dealing with both technical and non-technical problem solvingKnowledge of SAP, SFDC, project management, Customer Care processExperience in SCM/ Inventory planning & mgmt. and logistics particularly as it relates to aftermarket spare partsCandidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
