The Director US Supply Chain Planning Manages staff in delivering accurate demand forecasts and providing meaningful market intelligence to achieve sustainable growth and to exceed business expectations. Duties include budgeting, inventory and service management, risk analysis, and taking active role on the sales and operation Integrated Business Planning processes. KEY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES: + Regional responsibility for Demand Plan for New Product Introductions and full product lifecycle + Responsible for regional management of direct-reporting Demand Planners / Staff as assigned. + Responsible for regional forecast accuracy and demand plan / business plan alignment. + Responsible for Regional S&OP IBP Process requirements. + Responsible for regional capex forecast development tied to established Capital Expense budgets and commercial strategy. + Responsible for regional demand inputs into the formal Business Planning Process. + Responsible for process standardization/adherence and deployment of new digital applications + Responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable + Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures. + Interface as Regional Lead on MedTech Demand Planning with Global Planning Teams. **Qualifications** Required Skills: + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent + 8-10 years related experience in one or more of the following areas within the medical device industry: + Demand Planning, Production Planning, Supply Planning + DP / ERP Systems experience Preferred Skills: + Collaboration with Commercial and Finance Organizations + Lead deployment of planning activities such as ERP/APS implementation, IBP + Demonstrated capability in change management. Other: + The anticipated travel for this position is 10%. + The anticipated base pay for this position is $146,000.00 to $221,518.00.
