What we’re looking for:

 

Our ideal candidate is a seasoned leader with a proven track record of managing design teams and working collaboratively with multiple product teams to deliver exceptional user experiences. This role requires a balance of data-driven user research, hands-on design work, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to develop designs that drive business results.

 

Why you’ll want to come to work:

Lead and mentor a team of UX/UI designers, providing guidance on all aspects of user experience and interface design.

Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to identify and address user opportunities and challenges

Drive the design process from ideation to delivery, ensuring innovative, user-centric solutions.

Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards to ensure consistency and quality across the designs.

Oversee user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve designs.

Facilitate collaboration across departments to ensure design thinking is integrated into all product development efforts.

Analyze user engagement metrics and conduct assessments of current UX/UI to identify areas for improvement.

Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to continuously innovate and improve our products

 

What you’ll bring to the team: 

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or a related field.

At least 8 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a significant portion in a leadership role managing design teams.

Proven track record of designing and delivering user-centric solutions with measurable results in lead generation and conversion optimization.

Experience working collaboratively with product teams in a digital product environment.

Mastery of design tools such as Figma, Balsamiq, Miro, Sketch, Jira, and other prototyping tools.

Experience developing and conducting usability tests and delivering responsive web designs.

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire a team and convey complex design concepts clearly to non-design stakeholders.

Proficiency in user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions.

Deep knowledge in the principles of visual design, branding, and UX/UI standard methodologies.

Ability to work and communicate effectively both remotely and asynchronously with team members who are in different time zones.

Experience with user insights/tracking tools such as Pendo, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Hotjar or Fullstory is highly appreciated
