Position Title: Director of UX/UI

Position Purpose:

As Director of UX/UI, you will be leading and representing a team of managers and UX/UI Designers to solve problems and create omnichannel experiences to improve the lives of pets, pet parents and Petco Partners

You will be the link between the team and Petco's ecosystem and an advocate within the organization to foster our Design Culture and principles

Essential Job Functions:

Define frameworks and strategies for the teamAdvocate for consistency in the Petco ecosystemSpeak on behalf of the team across the organizationLink the team to Petco’s ecosystemInfluence projects outside of team’s domain

Education/Experience:

5+ years of UX/UI design experience4+ years of successfully leading people and teams

If the regulatory minimum wage exceeds the minimum indicated in the pay range below, the regulatory minimum wage will be the minimum rate applied.
