What will be your exposure?

Conduct comprehensive valuations of investment properties and development sites in Hong Kong and craft detailed valuation reports tailored for diverse purposesHandle technical enquiries from clients and professional parties on valuation mattersCompile insightful advisory reports and provide professional recommendations to clientsBuild good rapport with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceededProactively contribute to business growth initiatives by identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities, driving expansion and success.Lead and mentor a team of subordinates, providing guidance and training to foster professional development

 What are we looking for?

Degree or above in Surveying, Real Estate or other related disciplinesMember of RICS (Property Valuation) and/ or HKIS (GP Surveyor) with over 5 years’ post qualification experienceA track record of proactive involvement in industry events is advantageousFluency in spoken and written English and Putonghua is essentialProficiency in Argus software is a plusCandidates with less experience may be considered for alternative positions
