Job Description Summary:

As we continue to innovate and grow, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Director of Workplace Services and Program Operations on our Global Real Estate and Workplace (GRW) team operating within the global headquarters. This role combines the critical responsibilities of overseeing workplace services with the strategic management of infrastructure projects and asset lifecycle programs and reports to the Senior Director, NA Workplace Operations.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, excellent project management, risk assessment skills, and the ability to influence individuals and teams across our network to move the business forward, adept at working in a fast-paced environment, and managing complex vendor and partner relationships.
What You'll Do for Us
Workplace Services:
Execute, optimize and maintain business continuity across various operations with vendors and partners, ensuring an optimal employee experience. Assess and mitigate risks to ensure positive employee and guest experiences across GRW. Maintain a networked approach and partnership with other critical operational partners in the workplace, including Security, IT, Global Meeting & Events, Risk Management, Finance, Procurement, and Legal. Identify, create, evolve, and enforce TCCC policies and procedures to improve overall operations. Develop frameworks or playbooks for documenting operational needs or responses. Ensure alignment of vendors/partners with GRW and TCCC’s strategic objectives. Serve as the TCCC partner to Employee Relations & Human Resources for operations and vendor relations. Direct oversite of global shipping & receiving and records & retention.
Program Operations:
Manage planning, coordination, and integration of building infrastructure and asset reliability projects, including minor space reconfigurations and equipment installations. Monitor all stages of each project (initiation, planning, design, construction, and close) using industry best practices. Oversee daily coordination and inspections of contractor’s and subcontractor’s work to ensure TCCC expectations and standards are met. Conduct project progress meetings and handle communication with stakeholders. Obtain, review, and recommend project bids, proposals, and change orders. Track financial expenditures and reconcile financials at project close. Develop master project schedules and produce regular updates. Prepare and submit project plans, ensuring quality control and risk mitigation. Collaborate with various teams to plan and implement system shutdowns for equipment replacements. Support continuous improvement and implement changes to increase effectiveness and productivity.Financial Management:
Develop annual budgets for workplace services and program operations, ensuring alignment to objectives. Manage and monitor ongoing budget vs. actual performance, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions as needed. Establish and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and efficiency of workplace services and projects.Qualifications & Requirements
Proven experience in managing critical operational needs and strategic infrastructure projects. Strong leadership capabilities and excellent risk assessment and mitigation skills. Ability to influence teams without direct authority and maintain a networked approach. Experience in creating and enforcing policies and procedures. Strong problem-solving skills and project management experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations, management, project management, engineering, or related field. A minimum of 10 years of experience in operational and/or vendor management and project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. PMP certification preferred.What We'll Do for You

Pay Range:
$164,000 - $193,000Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:
30Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
