Job Description Summary:
The Director of Workplace Strategy will lead efforts to create a dynamic, efficient, and innovative workplace environment. This role requires a forward-thinking leader with a deep understanding of workplace trends, technology, data management, and employee experience. The person will primarily be responsible for occupancy management, workplace technology, workplace data and data integrity, and guest management technology. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement workplace initiatives that align with the company’s strategic objectives and culture while fostering an engaging and inclusive work environment under the guidance and direction of the Senior Director of Workplace Strategy, Design, and Experience.
What You’ll Do for Us
Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement workplace strategies that align with organizational goals and enhance collaboration, productivity, and employee well-being. Conduct needs assessments and analyze workforce trends to recommend and execute innovative workplace solutions. Establish and implement short to mid-term (1-3 years) strategies for workplace experience and space utilization. Work closely with the Director of Workplace Design and Experience to develop and maintain design standards, guidelines, and best practices for workplace environments.Occupancy Management:
Monitor and analyze workspace occupancy trends to ensure efficient use of space while accommodating employee needs. Implement strategies to optimize occupancy levels, including hot-desking, flexible seating arrangements, and shared spaces. Partner with TCCC’s strategic vendors to develop short-term and long-term occupancy plans that align with business growth projections and workforce dynamics. Ensure end-to-end coordination with facilities management and real estate teams to ensure spaces are adaptable and scalable for future needs.Workplace Technology:
Collaborate with the Workplace Operations Team to integrate advanced technologies, such as IoT sensors, AI-driven tools, and smart building systems, to create intelligent and efficient work environments. Utilize real-time occupancy sensors (or other methods) and data analytics to track space usage and inform decision-making. Work closely with TCCC’s IT and AV teams to understand future technology changes or enhancements and how they impact the physical space.Workplace Data and Data Integrity:
Utilize data analytics to inform workplace strategies, optimizing space utilization and employee experience based on empirical evidence. Implement and maintain data governance practices to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security in workplace analytics. Develop and enforce data integrity protocols to safeguard sensitive workplace information.Guest Management:
Oversee the management and coordination of guest experiences, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all visitors. Implement and manage guest management systems that enhance security and streamline the check-in process. Develop a roadmap for the future expansion of the current guest management solution to other locations globally.Collaboration and Leadership:
Work closely with senior leadership, HR, IT, and other departments to ensure alignment and support for workplace strategies. Lead and mentor a team of workplace strategists, technologists, and project managers. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture that promotes innovation and continuous improvement.Performance Metrics:
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of workplace strategies and design. Prepare and present reports to senior leadership on the impact of workplace initiatives and occupancy management.Change Management:
Work closely with the Change Management Team to develop change management initiatives related to workplace design, technology, data practices, and guest management. Communicate changes effectively to other GRW functions and address any concerns or resistance.Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Architecture, Interior Design, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of 8 years of experience in workplace strategy, occupancy management, workplace technology, and/or corporate real estate management. Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale workplace projects and technological integrations. Strong knowledge of workplace trends, space planning, and data governance practices. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines. Proficiency in project management software and workplace technologies.Working Conditions:

Pay Range:
$143,000 - $162,000Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:
30Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
