DescriptionDescriptionIn this role, you will work closely with internal partners, cross-functional teams and support groups to drive internal communications at Apple globally. In partnership with the Corporate Communications, People, Retail Engagement Marketing, and Leadership teams, you will play a key role in developing and executing strategy on direct engagement with Apple employees on a range of priorities — from Total Rewards to oversight of key internal platforms and channels. This is an opportunity to lead a team of internal communicators across editorial, corporate and Total Rewards portfolios. To be successful, you must be able to lead a team in a fast-paced environment, build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships, and have a track record of aligning priorities, managing multiple work streams, and fostering collaboration across global teams. You are comfortable leveraging data and analytics to measure internal communications effectiveness, and using those insights to continuously improve and optimize engagement and communications strategies. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $255,400 and $408,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
