Responsibilities:Systematically develop our understanding of customer use cases and high value challenges, own and update the applications' roadmap to guide product strategy and development projectsPrioritise tasks for the team of applications experts, develop execution plans, and foster a sense of ownership and accountability.Act as an integrator, champion “one mission, one team” approach between geographically and culturally diverse teams.Collaborate with partners in R&D, AT, field staff and customers to deliver world-class solutions to the semiconductor marketRole model and drive a culture of intensity and eagerness to win!Provide mentorship to your team and drive professional development to ensure our continued market leadership!Requirements:PhD in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or a related field (equivalent experience will be considered).Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in an applications role in semiconductor metrology or failure analysis, with at least 5 years in a leadership positionTrack record of effectively employing applications expertise to generate business valueStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, proven ability to process complex data and create actionable informationExceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve outstanding results in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with individuals at all levels of the organization
