This Director-level role will hold a key position within the GBS Strategy and Transformation team.  This role will be responsible for the design of functions and processes to establish functions within our Global Capability Centers. The role is responsible for working with business stakeholders within assigned functions to design and deliver the operating model and organization, including the planning and delivery of applicable transitions. The role will involve working globally with GBS leadership, WBD functional stakeholders and other internal and external (e.g., outsource partners) groups.

Your Role Accountabilities…

Develop target operating model for assigned functions/process areas.  Including facilitation of design workshops, issue management, Interaction models and RACIPartner with functional stakeholders and P&C to manage the design of future state organization for assigned functions/process areasPlan and execute transitions across assigned functions and global locations according to the transition methodology and playbook.Create transition plans and documents to outline project expectations, scope, schedule, and budget requirements.Ensure all transition tollgates have been met, issues are resolved, and operations are stabilized before transition shutdown. Support development of best practices, tools, and technologies for assigned functions/process areas

Qualifications & Experience…

Experience

Minimum 10 years of experience in a large multinational corporation with experience in a back office support function, consulting/strategy or BPO/shared services organizationMinimum 5 years of experience with large scale, high visibility business process or organizational transformationExperience managing projects/teams across multiple global locationsExperience developing and facilitating workshopsExperience driving change management, process improvement and operating model designSuccessful track record of leading projects and development/delivery of complex solutionsInternational experience requiredEducation, Professional Training, Technical Training or CertificationBachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Accounting, Business Management, Economics, Technology, Human Resources) requiredMBA preferred
