To manage and develop the transition practice at HCL by using various tools to ensure the successful transition of knowledge and processes from the customerorvendor(s) to HCL during delivery of projects. (1.) To manage the operations of ASSeT and Transition practice. (2.) To provide transition solutions for large deals involving multiple service transition and emphasising the differentiating factors for the client. (3.) To ensure the successful multi-service transition involving multiple internal stakeholders in the vertical delivery teams during rebadging. (4.) To conduct due-diligence workshops at customer locations during the bidding stage to demonstrate capability and differentiation nature of ASSeT , among the finalists selected. (5.) To lead, guide and manage the team for enhanced productivity. (please provide the time for this activity) (6.) To contribute to the transition and ASSeT development.
