The Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering invites highly qualified individuals to apply for the position of Director for Outreach and Recruitment in the Office of Academic and Student Affairs (ASA).
 
Reporting to the Senior Director of Academic and Student Affairs, the Director for Outreach and Recruitment is responsible for the Student Outreach and Recruitment team. Serving as a key member of the ASA leadership team, this position will be responsible for undergraduate recruitment, graduate recruitment, and K-12 outreach.  The director provides strategic planning; oversees assessment of programs/activities; organizes and directs unit operations and schools-wide programming related to these areas of responsibility.

Additionally, the director will work with internal and external university partners, colleges, and schools to develop and maintain collaborative relationships that lead to improved Fulton Schools student admissions and enrollment.

Bachelor's degree in a field appropriate to the area of assignment AND eight (8) years of related administrative experience, which includes five (5) years of supervisory experience; OR, Twelve (12) years of related administrative experience, which includes five (5) years of supervisory experience; OR, Any equivalent combination of education and/or experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
