About Role

Domain and Geography Expert: Organize and direct the day-to-day operations of the Residential service line and team. Lead and support key discussions, negotiations, and strategies for team members as required, including the sale of residential space and cross-selling within C&W.Establish a core team of professionals to ensure consistent delivery that meets C&W service delivery guidelines. Oversee recruitment, selection, performance management, development, and retention of high-caliber team members to achieve business goals and meet targets.Develop and guide the team in implementing real estate plans aligned with the client's strategic real estate goals.Responsible for business development within the division and geography, including expanding client relationships to target business growth opportunities.Prepare short- and long-range plans, priorities, objectives, and the annual budget. Responsible for meeting financial goals specific to the allocated geography.Create, communicate, and monitor the vision, mission, strategies, objectives, business plan, budget, policies, and operating plans. Lead by example and provide feedback to the BU Head/Managing Director on relevant issues.Implement a system of review for all appraisal reports within the designated region to minimize risk management issues. Develop a career development and succession plan along with an effective retention program for key personnel, fostering a diverse division.Administer the quality assurance program, track and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and conduct customer satisfaction surveys.

About you

MBA preferred or any similar combination of education and experience. Preferably 10+ years applicable industry tenure.Requires in-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles. Reviews complex financial/business analysis and reports prepared by subordinatesAbility to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations. Requires expert level analytical and quantitative skills with proven experience in developing strategic solutions.
