Our Technical Operations team is full of aircraft maintenance technicians, engineers, planners, ground equipment and facilities professionals, and supply chain teams that help make sure they’re well taken care of and ready to get our customers to their desired destinations. Key Responsibilities:

Oversees the third-party airframe MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul) operations based in domestic locations. Responsibilities include the overall execution of heavy maintenance events by suppliers as measured by quality, on time delivery, and cost. This role manages a large management team that is on site at all applicable airframe supplier locations. The primary interfacing organizations for this role are strategic planning, base planning, supply chain, engineering, quality control, procurement, and maintenance control.

Directs the overall operation of supplier managed heavy maintenance visits, to achieve quality levels, on time releases, and costs within budgetPartners with key stakeholder groups such as supply chain, technical services, and planning to ensure the scope of maintenance events is well scripted and supported with deliverables before induction and throughout the eventDirects the creation and implementation of strategic and tactical production plans that maximize product yield for the airline at the lowest cost and ensures a quality productCoordinates with central planning organizations on defining deliverables to the business, as well as routinely reporting out on performance against KPI’sEstablishes policies and procedures to meet all regulatory, technical, base, division, customer requirements/regulations and ensures the safety of all personnel
