Description We are offering an exciting opportunity in DES MOINES, Iowa, for a Director. This role is crucial in our team, focusing on the development and maintenance of applications connected to Investment Strategy and Accounting. As part of our dynamic IT team, you will have the chance to lead cross-functional agile teams, nurture vendor relationships, and coordinate the retirement of legacy systems. Responsibilities: • Lead the creation and support of intuitive applications linked to Investment Strategy and Accounting. • Foster strong relationships with vendors and proactively manage technology issues related to our Investment Strategy and Accounting applications. • Collaborate closely with investment teams to understand business roadmaps and transform them into innovative technology initiatives and solutions. • Take satisfaction in leading diverse internal and external teams to deliver solutions, while ensuring rigorous adherence to quality assurance standards. • Demonstrate your leadership skills by coordinating the retirement of outdated systems and solutions. • Utilize your knowledge of derivatives, data integration, and data analysis in executing your responsibilities.
