The Director Artificial Intelligence (AI) Delivery serves as an experienced People Leader who is responsible for driving business value through the execution of the Company’s overall artificial intelligence design and delivery strategy. This Director is responsible for leading the work initiatives and performance of leaders and their multi-disciplinary teams of data science, machine learning, generative AI, and automation practitioners dedicated to developing and deploying innovative automation, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and optimization products to support internal and external Customers. The Director of AI Delivery is innovative problem solver who is excited to lead their Teams to collaborate and help Southwest create value from AI initiatives.

This role is a hybrid position based out of our Corporate Campus in Dallas, TX, which requires Employees to work onsite on our Corporate Campus at least three days a week. Competitive market salary from $198,100 per year to $220,100 per year* depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities are available and awarded at the discretion of the company.
