Demonstrated knowledge of current bioprocess technologies and manufacturing trendsDemonstrated knowledge of BPE GuidelinesActive in industry organizations (ISPE)Ability to Manage and grow a technical groupAbility to mentor junior staffActive involvement with BD activities

Requirements :

10+ Years Experience3+ Years Bio-Process ExperienceExperience Managing a TeamExperience working for Bio-Pharm Manufacturer and / or Engineering ConsultantMasters or Bachelor of Science - Chem Engineering or RelatedRecognized standing in the communityExperience with Engineering Documents - PFD's P&ID's, M&E Calculations, Equipment Specifications, etc.
