Summary:  As part of a mission centric, locally delivered and nationally powered organization this role is a key part of the national campaign development leadership team for Celebration Initiatives and leads the strategic campaign framework.  They will drive business intelligence and strategic analytics to ensure internal revenue drivers are optimized.  They will guide the donor and participant journey to motivate high impact fundraising and deepen LLS wide relationships to exceed revenue goals for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s (LLS) mission. Relentlessly pursuing cancer cures.

Duties and Responsibilities:   

Mission Integration 

Partner with Education Services and Health Research department to effectively communicate the LLS overall mission, programs, resources and priorities.  

Innovative Strategy & Executable Vision 

In partnership with VPs, develop, produce, analyze and constantly improve strategic campaign KPIs for internal stakeholders ensuring campaign standards and key revenue drivers are maximized to exceed revenue goals.   Lead campaign standard revenue stream strategies and develop tools with the VP of Campaign Development.  Develop communications to field with strategic updates and calls to action based on KPI analysis.   Serve as a lead for innovations in technology and reporting that drive strategy and enhance the ability to execute campaign standards.   Produce forecasting and projections reports by evaluating the effectiveness of the on-going fundraising campaign(s), including fundraising efficiency (cost/expense), community engagement, campaign/event satisfaction, and overall success of the campaign.  

Innovation in High Impact Fundraising 

Collaborate with other initiatives on resources, trainings, and timeline efficiencies.  Leads and oversees the execution of all campaign resources including internal and external tools, training materials for both virtual and in person meetings, onboarding, and continued staff development.   Creates and implements strategy meeting operating guidelines for the territory campaign development directors; and oversees execution to ensure consistency across all territories.  

Campaign Expansion  

In partnership with VPs, maximize areas identified for breakout revenue growth.   Identify revenue expansion opportunities to grow volunteer, business development, and advancement relationships throughout LLS.  Assemble a staff & volunteer think tank to generate new ideas and ways to improve and grow initiative.  Perform other related duties as assigned.   #LI-Remote

Essential Qualifications:   

6-8 years’ relevant experience  Demonstrated track record of success in Celebration Initiatives or similar Peer to Peer fundraising campaign Proven background in strategic planning High level of competency in reporting and analytics Ability to work with a variety of leadership styles Ability to think both broadly and get into the details 

Education:   

Bachelor’s Degree Certificates
