Responsibilities

As a Director of Centralized Support with CommonSpirit Health at Home, you'll be responsible for providing strategic leadership, overseeing the management, and setting the direction for a team consisting of Centralized Quality Coordinators, Project Managers, and Clinical Service Consultants. Other responsibilities include:

Strategic Leadership & Planning: Create and execute strategic plans for the centralized support teams in alignment with organizational goals. Manage budgets, allocate resources, and monitor performance to drive success.Team Management & Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of Quality Coordinators, Project Managers, and Clinical Service Consultants to cultivate a positive and efficient work culture. Responsibilities encompass recruitment, training, performance assessments, improvement strategies, and disciplinary measures.Quality Coordination: Supervise and guide the team to maintain rigorous adherence to Oasis requirements, emphasizing data precision, timely submissions, and ongoing regulatory compliance. Establish and enhance processes, deliver thorough training and assistance, and rigorously evaluate performance.Project Management: Supervise and lead project management activities to ensure timely, budget-compliant, and high-quality project delivery. Responsibilities involve creating project plans, resource allocation, progress tracking, and risk management.Process Improvement: Constantly assess and enhance operational processes to boost efficiency, cut costs, and enhance stakeholder contentment. Tasks involve identifying challenges, integrating new technologies, and optimizing workflows.Collaboration & Communication: Foster effective collaboration with various departments and stakeholders for seamless integration of centralized support functions. Uphold transparent and efficient communication with staff, clients, and stakeholders.Compliance & Regulatory Affairs: Guarantee adherence to pertinent federal, state, and local regulations affecting the team's duties.

Qualifications

Candidate must reside in one of the approved remote worker states: AR, AZ, CO, FL, IL, IN, KY, MI, ND, NE, OH, SC, TN, TX, WI.

Bachelor's degree in nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is desirable.At least 5 years of experience in healthcare administration or a related field, demonstrating a successful history of team management, leadership, and achieving positive results.Proven experience in overseeing Quality Coordinators (Oasis), Project Managers, and/or Clinical Service Consultants.Thorough knowledge of Oasis requirements and healthcare regulatory compliance is essential.Familiarity with Home Care Home Base and/or Epic EMR or clinical software systems is advantageous.
