Join our growing health system as we continue to change lives as well as the skyline of the regional communities we serve, with new, advanced health care facilities Job Summary Responsible for ensuring high standards of patient care through strong commitment in development and growth of inter-disciplinary staff. Develops positive professional relationships with physicians and intra-department peers. Responsible for planning, implementing, directing, monitoring and promoting all current service programs. Responsible for leading strategic planning for future business planning initiatives; formulating budgets for current and future services; developing and implementing appropriate marketing and promotional tools for current and future services. Manages all human resources in a cost effective, yet supportive manner; develops and monitors the service outcome data, e.g. clinical outcomes, service, and cost. Demonstrates personal and professional accountability. Qualifications Education BS degree required Experience Five years’ experience in area of expertise including a minimum of 3 years’ experience in management. (Above requirements can be met by equivalent combination of education and experience) Compensation/Benefits $46.35-$75.70/hr depending on previous work experience.
