Director Clinical HomeCare Summary:

The Director of Clinical HomeCare is responsible for overseeing the entire Home Health clinical operation of BayCare HomeCare Home Health offices with focus on providing high quality clinical care, combined with the best patient experience at a competitive cost. Goal is to become a premier top-rated homecare company that is the preferred referral source for physicians and hospital based on Patient Experience, Clinical Quality, Outcomes and Value. In summary, must be self-motivated to improve quality, increase efficiencies and reduce waste. Must be engaged and committed to implement and enforce standard work. Must be respectful to all, mentoring others to become the agents of change. Must be accountable and expect accountability from those they work with. Must embrace technology and assist others to do so. Assist in implementation of change with support and feedback timely in an effective transparent method. Must be motivated by the needs of others, patients, team members and leadership.Provides strategic leadership direction, financial oversight and administration for Home Health Care.

Director Clinical HomeCare Minimum Qualifications:

Required Education: Bachelor’ Degree in Nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and/or other related Clinical Degrees; Preferred Education: Master’s Degree in Related Field.Required Credentials based upon applicable degree.

Required Experience:

Minimum 4 years in HealthCare Leadership
