You will drive transformation by building a process for a position that doesn't widely exist in the market. The right leader will consider what is needed for a successful shoppable streaming ecosystem - applying both content and merchandise to be successful. You will be asked to take the best of both worlds and throw in net new ideas to create the commercialization and monetization strategy. It will be your responsibility to ensure that every product has a direct connection to the content, with thoughtful placement and positioning to increase sales, margin and customer viewership retention.

Your Impact

Define Content & Product Planning ProcessesOptimize content mix and product mix within content.Ensure seamless connection between products and content.Drive sales, margin, and customer retention.Evaluate strategies using metrics and KPIs, adjusting as needed.Build & Manage Commercialization TeamRecruit, train, and lead a team of Commercialization Strategists.Oversee execution for specific content types.Manage sample acquisition, data analysis, and strategy execution.Provide progress readouts and insights.Support Content OptimizationLead ideation, product selection, procurement, and visual merchandising.Develop and test hypotheses for product placements.Create a repeatable playbook for successful execution.Develop Cross-Functional Insights & StrategyCreate insights, decks, and strategic recommendations.Ensure content execution aligns with brand standards.Build Analytics & Tooling InfrastructureCollaborate with Analytics to create dashboards and track KPIs.Standardize documentation, processes, and tracking tools.Ensure data is widely accessible and actionable.

What You Bring

You have 10+ years of corporate exposure in retail eCommerce, digital commerce, content monetization, or direct-to-consumer (DTC) sales.Experience overseeing P&L and driving commercial outcomes.Ability to work at both a high strategic level and in a hands-on executional role.A understanding of digital content ecosystems, including social commerce, live shopping, and interactive video experiences.Knowledge of merchandising, pricing strategies, and digital product discovery techniques.You have strong ownership and program management skills with proven ability to influence senior executives, cross-functional teams, and external partners.You have experience building and scaling new processes and growth strategies , iterating, and optimizing with data to build a sustainable ecosystem. Ability to synthesize complex data into strategic decisions and actionable insights.Experience building and scaling high performing teams.You have a MBA. A bachelor's degree with a deep content or merchandise planning experience will also be considered.You will drive transformation by building strategies, process, and infrastructures for a position that doesn't exist in the market. The right leader will consider what is needed for both content and merchandise to be successful and take the best of both worlds to create the commercialization and monetization strategies for a directly shoppable streaming ecosystem. It will be your responsibility to ensure that every product has a direct connection to the content, with thoughtful placement and positioning to drive sales, margin and customer viewership retention.
