We are looking for a dedicated Director Consulting like you to be a part of our team. **Job Summary and Qualifications** The Director resource will be primarily responsible for leading consulting engagements and demonstrating the value of Valify’s Advisory solutions by helping clients tackle their most challenging issues across Purchased Services spend management and operational effectiveness. This resource will also support and participate in sales pursuits and business development. This position will be responsible for working independently and with the other members of the Valify Advisory team to complete engagement deliverables including analysis, recommendations, and client presentations. The Director will also work with the VP of Valify Advisory and sales and marketing team to complete account planning, prepare RFP/RFI responses, develop proposals, and support product team pursuits by leading discussions related to services and solutions currently available. This role serves as a leader for the solution delivery team and partner with the commercial team. Duties include: + Lead client engagement activity including assessment, design, and implementation + Produce and provide quality assurance of client deliverables + Lead client discussions and meetings to present analysis and facilitate client decision making + Meet and build relationships with senior executives (CEO, CFO, CIO, etc.) by presenting and discussing industry trends, best in class strategies, and gaining buy in for consulting services + Support organization growth and maturation of service offerings + Provide market feedback to identify improvements to current solution offerings + Participate in sales pursuits and provide input to presentation materials developed to support sales and marketing process + Interface with Marketing to develop and maintain go-to-market collateral (e.g. white papers, case studies) related to services + Identify internal operational improvement opportunities + Mentor and assist staff development + Ability to guide, direct, or execute the following: + Account Planning/Targeting + Identify and qualify opportunities and track progress + Generate proposals + Close business + Communicate with the GPO Account Team regularly to monitor opportunities, complete account planning, qualify leads, provide presentation materials, provide awareness and education relative to services capabilities and value creation + Provide regular status/forecasts + Meet financial objectives + Support business growth plans YOY + Provide market intelligence What qualifications you will need: + Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred + 7-10 years of consulting experience (relevant industry experience may substitute consulting requirement) + 7-10 years of healthcare procurement, operations, distribution, or analysis preferred + Ability to interface with provider, supplier, distributors and group purchasing organizations + Demonstrated ability in large scale change management + Demonstrated leadership and mentoring ability + Demonstrated sales pursuit management and deliverable creation In today's challenging business environment of cost pressures, supply disruptions, and workforce shortages, it is crucial for providers to efficiently manage expenses and enhance performance.
