Director Cross Divisional Program Integration

This initiative aims to streamline operations, enhance product performance, and optimize customer experience, driving business growth and market leadership. **Position Summary:** As the Director for Cross Divisional Program Integration, you will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive program. This program will bring together diverse product portfolios, innovative technologies, and software solutions. You will collaborate with partners across divisions to define a unified vision, establish strategic objectives, and successfully implement the program. You will be matrix reporting across multiple groups/divisions across Thermo Fisher. **Key Responsibilities:** **1. Program Leadership:** + Own the overall strategy, planning, and execution of the cross-divisional program, ensuring alignment with company objectives and needs of our customers + Define program scope, goals, and success criteria, and establish a roadmap to guide the integration efforts. + Develop customer collaborations to validate and pilot developed capabilities **2. Integration Strategy and Execution:** + Develop and implement a comprehensive integration strategy that aligns with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. + Facilitate the development and implementation of processes, standards, and successful approaches to ensure smooth integration and efficient team collaboration. **3. Partner Collaboration:** + Build strong relationships and foster collaboration with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Product Managers, General Managers, and other functions, to ensure successful program execution and to find opportunities for cross-functional alignments and integration. + Act as a liaison between various teams, facilitating communication, finding resolutions, and promoting a unified approach toward achieving program goals. **4. Expertise:** + Demonstrate a deep understanding of the market landscape, industry trends, and customer needs to guide decision-making and shape the program's direction. + Conduct market analysis, competitive assessments, and customer research to identify new opportunities for innovation and growth. + Measure key performance indicators and track program progress **5. Technical and Sector Experience:** + Experience in product development in the areas of software, analytical technologies, and process technologies + Expertise in developing product requirements, engaging customers, as well as developing business assessments for products **Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business, or equivalent); MBA or advanced degree is a plus. + Proven record as a Product Manager, specifically in cross-functional program management and integration. + Strong experience in integrating analytical instruments, bioprocess equipment, and technologies, coupled with software development and integration knowledge. + Excellent leadership and project management skills, with a consistent track record of leading and motivating cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives. + Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building effective relationships + Proactive problem-solving skills, coupled with a data-driven and analytical approach to decision-making. + Previous experience in the biopharma industry is helpful **Compensation and Benefits** The salary range estimated for this position based in North Carolina is $160,100.00–$236,000.00. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
