With a focus on digitization, innovation, and analytics, the Enterprise Digital and Data Solutions (EDDS) team creates central, scalable platforms and customer experiences to help markets across all of these priorities. Charter is to drive scale for the business and accelerate innovation for both immediate impact as well as long-term transformation of our business. A unique aspect of EDDS is the integration of diverse skills across all of its remit. EDDS has a very broad range of responsibilities, resulting in a broad range of initiatives around the world.
The Performance and Brand Marketing Analytics team within the broader Digital Experimentation and Insights (DE&I) team in EDDS supports optimization of our paid channels/brand activities, create enterprise channel level reports and build scalable enterprise solutions for elevating performance marketing. The team specializes in using data around digital marketing, internal acquisitions data, external channel data and investment data to improve our ROI across the marketing funnel.
This role will report to the Vice President of Performance and Brand Marketing Analytics team and will be based in New York.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Support our partners across GABM, US Consumer and US Commercial to help optimize media channel for scale and efficiency
+ Collaborate closely with decision science team to enhance the People Based Marketing capability and use it to enable audiences across the enterprise
+ Collaborate with external media and Ad-Tech partners to continuously drive innovation and enterprise thinking for Media
+ Act as enterprise lead to forward our Ad-Tech strategy and provide analytics for measurement and attribution solutions
+ Provide enterprise search capabilities and help US paid search marketing
**Required Qualifications and Experience**
+ Post graduate Degree in business, economics, statistics, mathematics, engineering or finance
+ Minimum 7 years’ relevant analytics experience with a background in quantitative business analysis and statistical and modeling techniques; experience in digital analytics preferred
+ Proven experience of leading digital marketing analytics teams and working on insights with partners, with a track record of consistently delivering results though developing advance analytics and platforms
+ Superior problem-solving/decision making skills
+ Excellent teamwork and thought leadership skills with experience collaborating with partners across the globe
+ Strategic and analytical orientation - numerical with forecasting, plus Financial acumen to drive business analyses
**Qualifications**
Salary Range: $150,000.00 to $225,000.00 annually bonus equity (if applicable) benefits
