PAY RANGE
The Target Pay Range for this position is $188,700.00-$230,800.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $146,900.00 - $272,700.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role.BENEFITS

Employees have access to disability and AD&D insurance. We also offer health care and dependent care flexible spending accounts, as well as health savings accounts, to eligible employees. Newly hired employees accrue 6.16 hours of paid time off (PTO) on a per pay period basis based on hours worked (up to a maximum of 160 PTO hours per year) and receive ten paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Your role is instrumental in developing a roadmap and implementing data solutions that support enterprise-level analytics, data science, and business intelligence. By collaborating across teams, you will ensure our data strategies meet the evolving needs of our organization and support a future-focused data infrastructure.

Leadership and Vision: Inspire and guide a team of skilled data professionals, providing mentorship and resources to drive performance excellence. Foster an environment that emphasizes continuous learning, growth, and collaboration.Strategic Execution: Execute on BECU’s technical roadmap, aligning data strategies with organizational goals. Establish and communicate best practices across data engineering, setting standards that ensure efficiency and scalability.Technical Mastery: Oversee data integration, data lake, and warehousing strategies to guarantee reliable and scalable access. Lead data governance initiatives and leverage new technologies to maintain BECU’s leadership in data innovation.Collaborative Influence: Build strong relationships with analytics leaders and other stakeholders to enhance data utilization, coordinating cross-functional teams to develop impactful Business Intelligence solutions that drive value.Innovation and Growth: Continuously explore and adopt emerging data platforms and technologies to keep BECU at the forefront of data engineering, fostering a culture of innovation and growth.QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.Minimum of five years of experience in leading technical teams.At least eight years of experience in data engineering, data science, or related fields.Desired Qualifications:
