What you will be doing
The position will be based in Boise, ID and Pleasanton, CA.
Main responsibilities
Mentor and lead a team of highly specialized technical staff and ensure business continuity Manage data standards definitions and implement across teams, external parties, and business stakeholders Plan and execute large scale data enhancements impacting internal and external users Responsibility for accuracy and legal compliance of customer facing information Partner with information technology to improve user experience and meet new business needs including legislative changes. Responsible for Omni item strategy to capture high quality data servicing multiple initiatives including Digital marketing, Health applications, eCom, regulatory compliance and supply chain. Direct the development of Data Quality scorecards for senior management Drive supplier accountability and actions to increase data quality and completeness Direct the development of technical solutions to efficiently manage data Evaluate data sources and develop complex business rules for data science derived attribution Product ownership of enrichment gateway to ingest and prioritize data across multiple third-party solution providers Develop repeatable process for integrating and testing new data sources into item lifecycle Drive the development of exception monitoring and systematic resolution of business-critical issues Provide subject matter expertise to technology projects and business initiatives across the organization impacting internal and external users. Manage Shelf label communication programs, supporting retail and develop supporting technology solutions Keep abreast of industry best practices and influence standards development Lead companywide development of Electronic Shelf Labels with significant benefits Ensure that government supplemental food programs are effectively managed to serve customers Develop subject matter experts to support initiatives across the company requiring standardized data
The salary range is $ 118,100 to $ 165,380 annually. Starting salary will vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications. There may be flexibility for exceptional candidates.
What we are searching for
4-year college degree or equivalent work experience 3 years project management experience required with excellent planning and organizing skills. High degree of initiative and ability to envision and solution for future needs 5 years functional multi business area experience and extensive knowledge of systems preferred. Excellent communication, collaboration and influencing skills. Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and a broad range of internal clients. 5 years previous managerial experience required. Strong leadership skills with an ability to influence others within and outside the organization Ability to build cross-functional relationships and facilitate change. Highly skilled in problem solving, root cause analysis, risk evaluation and solution development.
