Director Data Management Operations & Claims Processing - HPSI

**Job Description**
The Director serves as both the Data Management and business/operational process lead. Responsibilities include business functions associated with data collection, member administration, item management, admin fee and allowance billing for HPSI. Primary focus is data maintenance and process improvements that promote data integrity, quality and governance within the organization. This role requires a strong focus on problem solving, collaboration and appreciation of best practice in data management and application within the Finance, Procurement and Sales/Operations teams.
This individual is responsible for all operational aspects of the HPSI Suite system, including ad hoc and routine reporting needs for internal and external sources which requires SQL abilities. In this position, the Director oversees the development and enhancements of the time sensitive HPSI supply chain system integration and enhancement projects, ensuring all business needs are met or improved and will have extensive interaction and collaboration with the Technology, Contracting, Finance groups, Senior Leadership, and HPSI?s contracted distributors and manufacturers. This position requires efficient communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to balance the concurrent demands of both the day-to-day business needs and time-sensitive project activities and deadlines, all while maintaining a positive and productive work environment. This position is fast-paced and very hands on with constantly changing priorities.
This position will be tasked with improving communications within and across the HPSI, GSCM and Technology teams. Will need to collaborate with the VP HPSI Finance to evaluate current processes and technology, identify areas of opportunity/enhancement, identifying a road map for a path forward and engaging other technology and business teams to set strategies and timelines.

**Job Responsibilities**
Primary:
+ Manage data collection and validation of $1.5b of TPV (Spend)
+ Validate complete and accurate data
+ Map locations
+ Set up claim billings (?product identification/mapping?)
+ Support PPS process across sourcing, Suppliers and IT
+ Contract pricing
+ NVD rate uploads
+ Communications to MFDs (on Pricing, etc)
+ Create and submit Rebate claim files to distributors and Manufacturers
+ Provide inputs to HPSI Accounting on Claims, CIP, AR, etc
+ Provide support to sales team on client facing reports (CIP, compliance, etc)
Secondary:
+ Serve as business lead to evaluate current processes and potential improvements:
+ Identify appropriate system and process solutions to align current business needs and future business goals
+ Determine and provide requirements for HPSI?s eRM and PURS utilization
+ Define current system, requirements and processes
+ Build road map/bridge from HPSI current state to suggested platform(s):
+ PURs data collection & Billing
+ IPP
+ CRM
+ Develop transition plans, and process and training documents, as appropriate
+ Perform testing in the development of new or enhanced processes
+ Manage the HPSI team to respond to ongoing and future changes; serve as change agent
+ Act as a liaison for HPSI management and PTG department
+ Oversee the operational and financial aspects of the Data Management functions, ensuring:
+ Timely and accurate receipt of supplier data
+ Data processing and billing is completed in a timely and accurate manner
+ The availability, quality and integrity of the data submitted to the reporting databases
+ Contracted allowances and admin fees comply with company standards while also ensuring billings meets contractual obligations
+ Integrity in the both the process and data of recording spend and invoicing allowances
+ Review of supplier agreements with complex allowances to safeguard the terms can be billed accurately
+ Develop innovative ways to monitor and continually increase the completeness, quality and integrity of the system data
+ Identify areas of opportunity with HPSI data systems
+ Partner with other entities to learn best practices and identify abilities to move to other systems or improve existing technology
+ Implement and maintain measurement tools to assess progress and improvement of individual team members and overall team goals
+ Provide timely metrics reporting to senior and executive management
+ Support HPSI reporting requests for Aramark/Avendra teams and identify opportunities for automated reporting options
+ Implement and enforce company policies and guidelines, as appropriate
+ Participate in special project teams where HPSI database expertise is required

+ Ability to use technical knowledge to solve business problems
+ Ability to identify and act on improvement opportunities
+ Ability to coordinate and manage multiple deadlines and priorities
+ Knowledge of principal HPSI systems and procurement processes
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
+ Strong interpersonal skills
+ Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
+ Knowledge of Excel, SQL and Oracle
Overnight Travel Requirements. Occasional travel to Avendra and Aramark headquarters is required
Years of Relevant Experience. 5-8 years of experience
**Education**
Bachelors preferred
