The Analytics and Investment Management (AIM) team – a part of Global Commercial Services Marketing Organization – is the analytical engine that enables the Global Commercial business. AIM is responsible for targeting, acquiring, engaging, and retaining commercial customers over online and offline channels and delivering world-class analytics, insights and data products for the Global Commercial Services (GCS) organization. In this role, the incumbent will be leading the Sales Prospecting Analytics team within AIM. **Key Responsibilities include:** Ideal candidate will own end-to-end analytics required for driving, targeting & personalization strategies across Sales channels which is one of the key acquisition channels for Amex US Commercial Card Business. + Design analytics powered strategies for driving Prospect acquisitions across sales channels. + Partner with colleagues across Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Decision science teams to assess and identify opportunities for driving prospect acquisitions. + Play a critical role in enhancing card member value (CMV) targeting framework for driving profitable acquisitions. + Strong people leader who can lead, motivate, and coach the team and is able to foster a collaborative team environment. Prioritizing efforts to help the team focus on the most impactful opportunities. **Minimum Qualifications:** + Master’s degree in a quantitative field preferred or MBA. + High quality written and oral communication skills with ability to synthesize key points/priorities and influence business decision making. + Proven ability to build strong cross-functional relationships, and extensive experience engaging with and influencing partners across various functions. + Strong analytics, quantitative, thought leadership, and project management skills with a demonstrated proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously. + Proven ability to translate analytical results into data-driven business strategies. + Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment. + Willingness to challenge the status quo; breakthrough thinking to generate insights, alternatives, and opportunities for business success. + Ability to travel on a limited basis. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience with Salesforce **Qualifications** Salary Range: $150,000.00 to $225,000.00 annually bonus equity (if applicable) benefits The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
