We are looking for a dedicated Director Data Strategy - Procure to Pay like you to be a part of our team. **Job Summary and Qualifications** The **Director, Data Strategy & Procure to Pay** provides operational direction and oversight for master file activities and other control functions supporting a large strategic member. The Director of Data Strategy & Procure to Pay is responsible for developing, directing, communicating and analyzing item and pricing file integrity to ensure appropriateness and accuracy. This role will also be responsible for developing policies and procedures and ultimately recommending processes improvement opportunities. Decisions made and actions taken on the member’s behalf directly impact the member’s operations including financial results, price discrepancies, credit recoveries and contract compliance results. **Major Responsibilities:** + Oversee review of master files and reporting to ensure accurate, complete and updated information is available to the member + Execute on all standardized procedures related to processing contracts and items to ensure data and pricing is updated in member systems in a timely manner + Meet established SLAs & SOWs + Develop and maintain strategic relationships with the member’s supply chain leadership + Implement and direct a robust quality assurance program to ensure the member has highly accurate information + Direct, oversee and coordinate all price discrepancy work as directed by member + Work with suppliers to maintain constructive and appropriate relationships + Maintain member confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential + Escalate supplier performance issues in accordance to established policies + Facilitate the development and maintenance of policies, procedures, goals and objectives to meet the member’s mission + Comply with and enforce all member established policies and processes for data maintenance + Collaborate with the member’s supply chain leadership to develop strategic direction, operational improvements and sharing of best practices + Maintain good records and controls which provide an audit trail for all duties performed + Maintain a high degree of communication, cooperation and coordination with the member’s supply chain leadership teams + Ensure the day-to-day activities of employees are managed. Oversee the hiring, development and training of personnel + Identify, interpret, and report trends in performance measurement data and recommends analytical or operational changes to maximize financial and operational effectiveness and efficiency of the team. + Monitor the department and report performance measures to ensure performance meets or exceeds standards **What you will need for this role:** + Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Management, Healthcare Administration or similar field, required. + 5-7 years of related experience in a progressive and integration supply chain environment (managing purchasing, accounts payable, supply revenue, internal control experience) + Supervisory experience – coaching, developing, and leading + Healthcare supply chain experience, preferred In today's challenging business environment of cost pressures, supply disruptions, and workforce shortages, it is crucial for providers to efficiently manage expenses and enhance performance.
