Position Summary: 

You will be responsible for the management of academic, career technical training (CTT), and evening study programs as well as assisting the center director in the planning and management of center operations and administrative affairs, in compliance with government and management directives.

Essential Functions:

Plan, coordinate, and manage the administrative and programmatic activities of the directorate, and assist the center director in overall management of the center. Serve as acting center director in the absence of the center director.  Ensure compliance with established budgets, control expenditures, review and recommend changes to budget authorizations, and maintain stability and consistency with DOL and MTC goals and objectives.  Develop and implement procedures, systems, and curricula for the center, coordinate CDSS plan development and updates, and coordinate the Career Success Standards.  Coordinate with other center staff concerning programmatic matters, including the national training contractors and training subcontractors. Participate in student employability programs and activities.  

Education and Experience Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree and four (4) years of related experience, three (3) years of which should be in managerial capacity.  Experience with youth, excellent written and verbal communications skills, and computer proficiency required.  Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
