What You Can Expect

As a design director, you will be responsible for developing next generation high speed ethernet products and its adjacencies.The role will require the candidate to understand and work on all aspects of VLSI development from micro architecture, front end design, and design convergence.The candidate is expected to manage IP dependencies, planning and tracking of all front end design related tasksDriving the project milestones across the various IPs, own the design checklistsBe responsible to mentor and train the teamManage the engineering resource allocation.Recruit, retain, and develop top engineering talent.Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performance work environment.Have excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

What We're Looking For

25 years of relevant industry experience in Semiconductor design & developmentDemonstrated ability to lead a multi-disciplinary team, show initiative, collaborate and communicate effectively with team members across functions & cultures.Experience in all phases of front end designPrior experience in leading/developing IP, subsystem, Chiplets and SOCsUnderstand & appreciate the complexity of high speed logic design & prior experience with successful silicon proven tape outs.Ability to recruit and retain engineering talent.Demonstrated mentoring of junior staff
