The CDS team is seeking a Director of Digital Solutions supporting our Quick Service and Food Retail businesses.  This role is responsible for setting the strategic direction for digital solutions that support both the internal business as well as customers.  Included in this role is overseeing the development of digital products to ensure they meet business & customer needs.  This is a great opportunity to lead a diverse global team, develop talent and grow capabilities across the organization. This role is based in our Greensboro, NC office

What You Will Do:

Partner with business stakeholders to define the digital product strategy & executional roadmap for the Quick Service and Food Retail businesses.Drive execution across multiple delivery teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery, resulting in a holistic user experience across platforms and programs.Lead a global digital organization, optimizing the balance between localized & leveraged teams and platforms.Identify opportunities for leverage of existing digital platforms and work to develop plan for implementation including resourcing and funding.Manage a diverse team and develop talent to grow capabilities in the organizationEffectively communicate digital strategy to senior field and business leadersEffectively engage partner ecosystem to understand and influence relevant product roadmapsWork with Architecture and delivery leaders across Enterprise platforms to maximize quality, scalability, and speed across complex system interdependencies.Partner with General Managers & business leadership to prioritize technology, data & process needs for a customer value-first delivery model, maximizing market competitiveness.Partner with marketing and sales teams to fully activate go-to-market plans, helping to drive adoption goals and other vital KPIs across digital platforms.Evaluate & coordinate the technical and financial resources to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget, and proactively report out on status and tasks.Build a culture of strong engagement, accountability and high performance within the digital team and across functions. 

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 10 years professional experience
OR advanced degree in business or computer scienceExperience working in a matrix environment5 years of experience leading complex projects or programs and developing teamsExperience leading global stakeholders/partners through change, demonstrating innovation and adoptionExperience leveraging agile process management to deliver digital tools in a collaborative environmentDemonstrated ability to partner with key business stakeholders, understand complex problems, identify and recommend solutions and communicate to all levels of leadership and partners

Demonstrated ability to translate customer problems into meaningful solutionsDemonstrated ability to translate a vision into the development and execution of strategyAbility to collaborate and partner with all levels of an organizationWell-developed and proven leadership, strategic thinking, & business acumenAbility to exhibit team leadership; motivate and inspire teams to achieve their highest potential and communicate a sense of vision and mission.Strong oral and written communication skills, organizational skills, good attention to detail and use of sound judgment in a fast-paced environment.Financial and business acumen
