As a Director of Mechanical Integrity and Reliability here at Honeywell Energy & Sustainability Solutions (ESS) Integrated Supply Chain (ISC), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the mechanical integrity and reliability of our specialty chemical and discrete manufacturing facilities. You will lead a team of engineers to develop and implement strategies to optimize the process safety and reliability of our equipment. You will report directly to our Vice President of ESS ISC on a hybrid work schedule, and will partner with the manufacturing leadership team, site maintenance and reliability teams, and PSM leaders to provide enterprise-level direction and oversight.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
\n\nContinuous improvement of mechanical integrity, reliability, and maintenance work process standards for the ESS organization\nProvide technical assurance to ensure programs meet regulatory requirements, industry standards and best practices\nSteering responsibility for a funded capital project to implement RBI, damage mechanism reviews, criticality assessments, FMEA, and PM optimization using GE Meridium software\nSupport and modify site maturity assessments and steward gap closure efforts\nTrack, analyze, and report on metrics relative to the direction of the mechanical integrity, maintenance efficiency, and reliability programs\nReview, identify advancements, and recommend new technology to increase efficiency, safety, and productivity\nDevelop and participate in company training programs/initiatives for engineers, inspectors, and maintenance craft on mechanical integrity, reliability, and maintenance execution\nFacilitate cross-site sharing of incidents and best practices\nAct as the subject matter expert for National Board, ASME, and API Code interpretations as they relate to equipment, and for interactions with local jurisdictional authorities\nEffectively contribute and participate in leading industry groups (API, NACE, etc) and communicate emerging technology, industry trends, and significant events\n\n\n

YOU MUST HAVE
\n\nBachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering, or mathematics\n15+ years of experience developing and leading mechanical integrity and/or reliability programs in refining or chemical plants\n5+ years in a supervisory or managerial capacity\n\n\n

\n\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering\nWorking knowledge of industry mechanical integrity codes\nWorking knowledge of reliability and maintenance work process best practices\nDemonstrated understanding of OSHA PSM compliance and implementation of PSM programs\nExperience in maintenance and turnarounds preferred\nWorking knowledge of software such as SAP, GE Meridium, RoundsPro, PowerBI, Tableau\n\nThe annual base salary range for this position is $232,000 - $290,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
