A role on the Network Strategy Team within Food Supply Chain means being relentlessly focused on how we can optimize our temperature-controlled network to become more cost effective and improve the guest experience. Our teams work with the agility our mission requires, and we constantly come together to implement new processes in record time. You will work cross-functionally with experts from across F&B, GSCL, Technology and Stores to support the implementation of project in service of our existing supply chain facilities, lead the activation of new distribution nodes, and help define our future network design; you’ll also be actively engaged in developing solutions alongside experts from across the organization including Field Operations, Operating Solutions Design, Store Operations, TTS, Inventory Management and Data Science.
As a Director F&B Supply Chain – Project Management, you will be responsible for supporting the strategic growth and increased reliability of Target’s distribution network by developing and leading a team of project managers tasked with opening new nodes and supporting the implementation of automation and capital projects at our existing sites. This role will coordinate across multiple enterprise functions to operationalize replenishment points on-time to best support our guest experience. It is an ideal opportunity to work within a highly collaborative, cross functional team managing across leadership and operational teams in support of your objective. You will partner with Director, Senior Director, and VP+ leaders on a daily basis, to lead, support, and influence alignment across F&B, GSCL, and TTS teams; cohesive methodologies to scope deliverables, amplify resources, and achieve timelines successfully will be imperative in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
