We are looking for a Director, Finance, for our Cell Culture Operations. The role encompasses all manufacturing for our global Cell Culture business unit, spanning manufacturing sites in Logan (Utah, US), Pasching (Austria), Singapore and New Zealand. This position will be an on-site role in the U.S. and will require frequent travel to the different manufacturing locations, as needed. The key responsibilities of the role include: + Managing a team of finance professionals across all sites, providing guidance, coaching and career progression. + Being a member of the Operations management team, providing insights and direction to the manufacturing team to improve the performance of our operations. + Leading financial cycles, including monthly reporting, monthly forecasting and annual budgeting, driving financial rigor across income statement, balance sheet and cash flow projections. + Supporting capital allocation decisions including capital investments and supporting working capital optimization projects, primarily around inventory management. + Owning cost accounting processes, such as manufacturing absorptions, cost standard setting and labor costs. + Measuring and driving productivity projects to improve the cost position of our products in the market. + Driving a culture of high accountability in operations across the organization, including plant and section managers. The essential requirements of the job include: + Bachelor's degree in field with 14+ years experience OR Master's degree/Doctoral degree with 12+ years experience AND related experience includes 4+ years managing people + Multiple years of relevant work experience in developing forecasts, operating plans and leading business and finance reviews in industrial companies in business partnering roles. + Experience in manufacturing finance and understand concepts such as cost accounting, inventory, productivity, PPV, MDV, etc. + Strong Excel skills and experience with financial systems/applications (i.e.: Oracle, Onestream, Qlik, etc.). + Proficient in English with excellent communication skills . The salary range for this role is $132,200 - $160,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
